Econo Lodge Augusta, Downtown

Stayed 1 night just recently. The room was fine except for the toilet that ran off and on like it probably needs a new stopper in the tank. Everything the heat came on something in the machine would go tap tap..tap..tap tap tap. So I had the pleasure of listening to both those things throughout my 1 night stay. The room was clean. I couldn't tell you about breakfast because by the time I checked out (close to 11 am) everything looked to have been put away.

We came to Augusta for medical evaluation, and stayed at the Econolodge Lodge Augusta, downtown. It was right across the street from WellCare Hospital. We could literally roll out of bed and be in the hospital in less than 10 minutes. Our room was spotless when we arrived and was well-maintained while we stayed there. The staff bent over backwards to meet our needs. The motel got quiet by 11 so we had restful nights of sleep. There’s a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave in the room, along with an ironing board and iron. Our room had a king sized bed and a loveseat that folded out to make a sleeper. Our only “complaint” was that our bed was a lot harder than what we are used to, so it took a little bit of adjusting for us.

We had a great stay at the Econo Lodge in Augusta, Georgia. The location alone was a tremendous help — it’s right down the street from the hospital, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff was kind and accommodating. When you’re dealing with medical visits, having a place that’s affordable, close, and reliable makes all the difference, and this location delivered exactly that. We truly appreciate how convenient and helpful this stay was and would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a place near the hospital.

My Experience with the Downtown location Ecconolodge was wonderfull. Very Clean. Very friendly staff. I would definitly recomend for anykne looking fkr a quiet and safe area. With great location to Hospitals and downtown business.

If your business is at the hospital or anything to do with the college the location is perfect. I will say that the continental breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. We've certainly had much better elsewhere. At least the Continental breakfast did have a little bit of a protein on it. The price was reasonable the room was decent I really can't complain. Parking was a little bit tight but my vehicle is large so I can't knock them for that too bad either.

Rooms and staff are nice. The air worked but it didn't get cold.

We stayed here while we participated in the Augusta Half Ironman. It was very close to the event. Friendly staff, clean room. Across from a hospital if we ended up broken after the event. Just perfect.

My mom and I stayed here the night before my transplant evaluation. It was SO convenient to be directly across the street from the hospital so there was no chance of getting lost trying to get there. Check-in was easy and quick since I booked the room online, the room was very clean, and it was overall a pleasant stay. I was also super impressed with the breakfast they provided. I was honestly expecting simple things like muffins, toast, and/or bagels but they had SO many things! Waffles, different cereals, yogurt, even biscuits and gravy! All in all, if I ever have to go back to Augusta for transplant things, this will definitely be my hotel of choice!
